Did you enjoy “Green Street Hooligans”? If you do, please don’t waste your time on this. The “sequel” barely has anything to do with the original events or characters, and on top of that it’s just really poorly written, repetitive and downright dumb. Usually I enjoy talking about things like acting, plot, cinematography, pacing and direction in reviews, but I’m not even going to bother here. I just want to say one thing about this movie: it’s set in a prison, and our protagonists get out by winning a football game. If that doesn’t strike you as the most ridiculous storyline in the history of filmmaking, go ahead and watch this movie. If it does, I’m pretty sure I’ve given you all the information you need. Oh, and the acting, plot, cinematography, pacing and direction probably suck as well, I was too dumbfounded to notice.
